Kollywood star Karthi’s striking makeover as an old man with a thick, long beard in the first look poster of his upcoming film, Sardar, took everyone by surprise earlier this summer. And today, top hero Thalapathy Vijay himself couldn’t recognise Karthi in his Sardar’s get-up.
Apparently, the shootings for Vijay’s Beast and Karthi’s Sardar took place at Gokulam Studios in Chennai today. Upon being informed about Vijay shooting on the next floor, Karthi paid him a courtesy visit. However, Vijay couldn’t recognise Karthi initially and the Sardar actor had to introduce himself. A pleasantly surprised Vijay immediately hugged Karthi and also wished him and the entire team of Sardar a grand success.
