As of now, the re-release has earned an impressive ₹18.98 crore nett. The latest update is that Tumbbad is set to debut in the USA, with a leading US distribution company in talks with Sohum Shah Films. An official announcement is expected soon.

This will mark the film’s first release in the US, and it will be interesting to see how the 2018 cult classic resonates with American audiences. With Jesper Kyd’s captivating score, Tumbbad has officially been renewed for a sequel.
