Bellamkonda Ganesh, son of noted producer Bellamkonda Suresh, is making his acting debut with Swathimuthyam, scheduled to release tomorrow. So, we met with the actor for a brief interview. Here is the transcript.
How did you become a part of the film?
I have been decided to enter the industry in 2016. Finally, I was narrated the story by Lakshman K Krishna, with the help of common friends, and I enjoyed and laughed throughout the narration. Later we approached Naga Vamsi and he also liked it very much and the film happened.
Tell us about your character?
My character’s name is Balamurali Krishna, an innocent soul. And it’s quite a contrast to my real character. I don’t want to reveal more about my character now as I feel that audiences need to enjoy it on big screens.
Any resemblance with Vicky Donor?
The film has no comparison with Vicky Donor. We have taken the ‘point’ you are mentioning but the story doesn’t revolve around it. The film has situational comedy and I am sure that audiences will love it.
Working experience with Varsha Bollamma?
Varsha is a wonderful actress and she used to come on to the sets well prepared. She is friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
Any suggestions from your brother and father?
After the film began, my brother and father didn’t give me suggestions regarding acting and they never interfere in the production. Neither I nor my family watched the movie yet. We will watch it tonight.
Future Projects?
I want to do various kind of roles and different genres of movies and my next film, Nenu Student Sir, is a thriller film and it will be released in a couple of months.
