Yes! You read that right. Maverick movie maker Ram Gopal Varma has copied an old song of Super Star Rajinikanth and RGV himself agreed when asked about this. Rajini’s old Tamil song ‘Aasai Nooru’ is a massively popular number and RGV used this song as an inspiration for the ‘Dan Dan Dana’ song in his upcoming film ‘Department’. “I have taken Rajinikanth’s ‘Aasai Nooru’ song as an inspiration as it is one of my favourite songs and ‘Dan Dan Dana’ is a tribute to that number”, said RGV. Nathalia Kaur will be seen in this song.
‘Department’ is a gritty crop drama and the film has Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles. This movie will hit the screens this summer and there are good expectations among movie lovers over this project.
